About the Role

Are you fluent in German and passionate about helping customers Were looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Athens! This role offers the flexibility to work onsite or remotely anywhere within Greece .

Location : Athens Greece (Onsite or Remote within Greece)

Start Date : May 23 2025

Work Schedule :

• Monday to Friday : 10 : 00 AM 6 : 30 PM
• Saturday & Sunday : 11 : 00 AM 7 : 30 PM
• 40 hours per week 8 hours per day 5 days a week)

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries via phone email and chat.

Provide technical troubleshooting and problemsolving support.

Maintain policy compliance and ensure excellent customer service.

Adapt communication styles based on customer needs.

Document and escalate complex cases as needed.

Who Were Looking For

Native / Fluent German speaker
