Language : German (C1 or native level)

Job Description

• Dedicated customer service point of contact
• Event management and coordination for onsite delivery, open enrollment and virtual training enrollment
• Learning Subscription enrollment key and Named Participant access support
• Learning Subscription reporting and support
• Learning Subscription consumption management support
• Trouble ticket support associated with training services
• Serve as the interface between the customer needs / requirements / requests and broader services organization; document offering specifications and communicate necessary details to respective customers
• Collaboration with partners to disseminate information around Learning Subscription updates and create broader awareness of training availability and functionality
