CTG IT Solutions is currently growing and we are looking for Service Desk Agents to strengthen our teams in Luxembourg.
Your Missions
- You will log , categorise , prioritise , diagnose , resolve , close and escalate incidents
- You will have incident ownership and communication throughout the lifecycle of the incident
- You will handle in policy and out of policy service requests
- You will intervene onsite at the user location or temporary location
- You will execute IMACD tasks
- You will raise requests for authorisation of service requests
Your Profile
You are able to speak and write fluently at least English and French , to communicate easily with all the usersYou are experienced and have already worked in a similar position for at least 2 yearsYou are familiar with ticketing tools and CMDB toolsYou have experience with MS Office Suite and Microsoft OS (Windows 7 and 10)You have knowledge of mobile devices and mobile phone servicesYou have an understanding of networking and networking protocolsYou are experienced in troubleshooting PCs / Laptops / Tablets, VPN , etc.You have good problem-solving skills and you are flexible and stress resilientYou are a team player who likes to work in an international environmentYou like to pay attention to details and you are customer focusedOur Offer
