Teamlead Python (m / f / d)
Your tasks
- You will take over the organizational leadership of a Python development team (9 people) as a dual lead with our Techlead
- Your tasks include the continuous improvement of development processes, e.g. by analyzing and optimizing the existing Jira setup
- In close coordination with product management and DevOps, you will drive the implementation of innovative features
- You actively contribute to the technical architecture and strategic development of our platform
- You are not only a manager, but also a developer : you can spend 60-70% of your time actively involved in development
Your profile
