Join our team and help us drive forward the telematics infrastructure in the healthcare sector!

As an IT technician (m / f / d) at Telekonnekt, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration and maintenance of IT systems in the healthcare sector. You will work closely with doctors, dentists, pharmacies and other service providers to enable them to make a smooth transition to the telematics infrastructure.

Your tasks :

Support for our data centers in Nuremberg and Munich

Installation of servers and network components

Troubleshooting

Wiring of the components

Installation and configuration of card terminals (e.g. Cherry ST-1506)

Installation and configuration of TI connectors

Setting up VPN connections

Installation and maintenance of TI software (e.g. KIM)

Troubleshooting and technical support

Training of users

Your profile :

Completed training as a computer scientist, IT specialist or a comparable qualification, also IT-affine career changers are welcome

Knowledge of IT administration or network technology, possibly also of the telematics infrastructure (TI)

Sound knowledge of Windows operating systems

Very good knowledge of TCP / IP networks

Good knowledge of hardware and software installation and configuration

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Communication and presentation skills

Class B driving license

German spoken and written

Knowledge of ProxMox and Linux an advantage
