You will identify and convert new business opportunities and strengthen relationships with institutional clients, primarily banks and asset managers expanding into digital assets (trading, custody, and staking).
In this role, you will generate leads, write commercial proposals, and support successful client onboardings in close collaboration with internal teams.

Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop new qualified leads among financial institutions within the target markets
- Execute a systematic sales process, leveraging CRM tools for pipeline and prospect management
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to convert leads into active clients
- Build and grow the institutional sales pipeline, focusing on custody, trading, and value-added services
- Leverage your existing network of banks and financial institutions in Germany and the EU
- Represent Crypto Finance at industry events and conferences to enhance visibility and build strategic relationships
- Provide feedback and market insights to improve our service offering
- Support account management with RFPs, marketing activities, and cross-selling opportunities
- Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies
- Explore and develop new sales channels, platforms, and partnership opportunities
Requirements
3+ years of institutional sales experience in banking, custody, crypto companies, exchanges, or a similar fieldAn existing client network within financial institutions (banks, custodians, asset managers) in Germany and / or EuropeStrong relationship-building skills and a results-driven approachNatural networker with a talent for identifying and building new business relationshipsExcellent interpersonal and collaboration skillsProven interest in blockchain and digital assets, especially crypto marketsComfortable attending / organizing conferences, events, and roadshowsHighly self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independentlyThrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentExcellent communication skills in German and English; fluency in a second European language is a plusBenefits
