Summary of the Position :
The aim of the position is to support the operational area of Human Capital Management throughout Germany.
Key Responsibilities :
Human Capital Management :
- Processing of personnel-related matters
- Processing of contract creation & resignations
- Drafting Contract Amendments
- Preparation of references and certifications
- Support with preparatory Payroll accounting
- Contact person for employees on all personnel-related topics
- Correspondence with the authorities, health insurance companies and insurers
- Induction of new colleagues in Assistant Roles
- In charge of the yearly Wellbeing week as well as of the Volunteer Day
- End to end admin task will be required due to this being a standalone role.

First experience in human resources, especially personnel administrationIndependent and structured way of workingExperience with various software programsConfident, self-assured and polite demeanorVery good MS Office skillsSkills in conflict managementHigh customer focus and a team player with good communication skills, both written and verbalStrong organizational skills as well as ability to manage several tasks simultaneouslyHigh level of service orientation and hands-on mentalityBusiness proficiency in German and English
