Account Executive (m / f / x) - SaaS
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle within four strategic verticals while actively collaborating with existing partners. This position offers the opportunity to significantly contribute to sales success in a growing market.
Your Responsibilities :
Full ownership of the sales cycle within the defined verticals – from prospecting and identifying customer needs to closing deals.
Developing and implementing revenue strategies and action plans to ensure sales success.
Maintaining and nurturing an existing partner network (ERP Software vendors) while actively supporting them throughout the sales process
Representing the company at trade fairs, partner events, and industry gatherings to monitor market trends and competition.
Collaborating closely with internal teams such as Marketing, Customer Success, Pre-Sales and Product Management to optimize sales strategies.
Your Profile :
At least 3 years of experience in selling complex, consultative software solutions.
Proven track record in independent prospecting and solution-oriented selling.
Strong hunter mentality with a high level of self-motivation and drive.
Ability to generate leads and independently build a sales pipeline.
Strong relationship-building skills to establish long-term, trust-based partnerships and a deep understanding of partners' business models.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills – you inspire customers with your enthusiasm for products and solutions.
Structured and self-driven work approach with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Entrepreneurial mindset, self-motivation, and strong negotiation skills at the decision-maker level.
Strong customer orientation, quick comprehension, and analytical thinking.
Fluent in German (C2) and proficient in English, both written and spoken.
