As the Senior Manager, Field Marketing for the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland), you will be instrumental in elevating brand visibility and driving demand across our portfolio of products and brands. Leveraging your 8+ years of marketing experience , you will lead the development and execution of integrated marketing programs and events, working in close alignment with the regional sales team to deliver measurable impact and achieve business objectives.

This role calls for a strategic, results-driven marketer who combines strong B2B expertise with in-depth knowledge of the DACH market. You should be equally comfortable thinking big and executing flawlessly, while also leading and motivating a small team of high-performing marketing professionals.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead the planning and execution of regional field marketing campaigns, including email campaigns, trade shows, owned events, direct marketing, webinars, and other brand awareness or lead generation activities.
  • Collaborate with the DACH sales team to forge strong communication and processes, ensuring alignment between marketing and sales efforts.
  • Continuously measure, manage, and adjust campaign effectiveness based on lead generation performance, lead conversion ratios, and sales cycle conversions.
  • Work with internal teams to plan and execute on digital marketing strategies.
  • Drive our content generation and thought leadership for the region that resonates with our target audience and drives engagement.
  • Ensure global collateral is translated from English into German.
  • Ensure a deep understanding of how to manage and optimize the lead handoff from marketing to sales.
  • Lead and mentor a small team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.

Key Qualifications :

  • Master's degree in marketing, PR, Business, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in SaaS or tech.
  • Strong track record in field marketing and demand generation in an international company.
  • Fluent in German and English, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in marketing automation and CRM tools (., Marketo, Eloqua, Salesforce)
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
