We’re partnering with a global client in search of an Expert Payroll professional to join their People Operations team in Mönchengladbach. This is a great fit for someone who thrives in both operational payroll and forward-thinking transformation work — and is ready to take ownership in a high-impact individual contributor role.
What You’ll Do
- Run end-to-end German payroll for a defined employee group
- Ensure compliance with German tax, labour, and social security laws
- Serve as the key point of contact for payroll-related queries from employees and authorities
- Work with SAP HCM (must have) and support Workday-related initiatives
- Contribute to automation and payroll process optimisation projects
- Collaborate closely with central payroll and HR teams
