Are you a commercially driven proactive professional with persuasive communication skills

Do you enjoy nurturing and expanding customer relationships Do you have experience or a keen interest in district heating and heat pumps If so the role of Sales Manager might be the perfect fit for you.

As Sales Manager you will drive sales efforts across the DACH region (Germany Austria Switzerland) working with both established clients and by exploring new business opportunities in the heat pump sector for district heating and industrial processes.

This position reports directly to the Sales Director Europe at Vilter by Copeland.

Key responsibilities of the role :

  • As the primary Sales Manager you will build and maintain strong relationships with key decisionmakers.
  • You will identify and assess new sales opportunities always aiming for customercentric partnerships.
  • You will effectively communicate with clients to understand their needs and present tailored business solutions.
  • Youll take ownership of your schedule booking and attending meetings independently.
  • You will represent the company at national and international trade shows and deliver presentations.
  • You will prepare comprehensive sales proposals including financial details.

Required qualifications and experience :

  • Proven ability in sales and negotiation with a strong commercial acumen.
  • Excellent organizational and communication capabilities.
  • A track record of building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Excellent interpersonal facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Experience with EU tenders public sector (government and municipalities) EPCM companies and the energy sector.
  • Nativelevel German and fluent English.
  • A valid driving license.
  • Preferred qualifications and experience :

  • Experience working in an international sales environment.
  • Another European language would be a bonus.
  • Refrigeration experience would be an advantage.
