Project Director

Title : Project Director - Dermatology

Location : Germany (Remote)

Salary : Up to €130,000 plus bonus and package

I am excited to be working with a small but well funded and close-knit Canadian CRO in seeking an experienced Project Director who is responsible for oversight program of clinical studies or large global multicentred trials.

My client are a full-service global CRO focusing on the therapeutic areas of Dermatology and Rheumatology. The founder of the business is a Medical Dermatologist and therefore is very passionate about such therapy areas.

With expansion in North America, Europe, Asia Pacific and Latin America; vast, continuously growing relationships with investigators and patients; and a dedicated research clinic through which we design and execute their studies

Role :

As a full-scope Global Project Director, you will be managing Project Managers (PMs) who are managing complex projects of all sizes as well as multiple protocol projects, global projects and / or portfolio of projects. You will leads the operations t and business development activities at a project director level with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities include :

• Provide oversight to a portfolio of clinical studies and supervise Project Managers handling programs from single-service to multi‑protocol global trials.
• Monitor budget, contract, and financial oversight including forecasting, expense review, and reporting.
• Maintain therapeutic or client‑specific expertise and apply learnings across the project portfolio.
• Contribute operational input to proposal development, pricing strategies, and participate in bid defense meetings.

Experience :

10-15 countries) in multiple regions (NA, SA, APAC, MENA, Europe) is desirable.
