Do you love challenges

As a Global Portfolio Manager EInvoice you will navigate a fastpaced and dynamic environment driving strategic portfolio decisions to enhance our global einvoicing solutions. You will directly report to the Head of Global Innovation and Own Software Assets. Collaborating closely with Product Managers you will ensure alignment with business objectives while maintaining a highlevel crossfunctional perspective :

Strategic Alignment : Define and maintain the portfolios overarching vision ensuring each product supports the companys strategic themes and goals.

CrossProduct Coordination : Collaborate with Product Managers to identify interdependencies optimize resource allocation define competitive pricing model incl. revenue sharing approach and prevent conflicting release timelines or other technical dependencies.

Joint GotoMarket Approach : Ensure a globally aligned marketing as well as sales approach for the einvoice portfolio elements taking into account local interests and navigating a complex stakeholder landscape.

Value Maximization : Continuously assess the portfolios mix of products recommending additions retirements or pivots to maximize longterm user and business value.

Risk Management : Track and mitigate risks that span multiple productssuch as budget constraints market shifts or regulatory changesproviding support to PMs as needed.

CrossFunctional Coordination : Collaborate with product management engineering and customer support teams to ensure alignment and successful product delivery.

Stakeholder Collaboration : Build and maintain strong relationships with product management regional teams and key stakeholders from marketing and sales to drive portfolio success and optimize solution offerings.

Market Insight : Monitor market trends customer needs and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Continuous Improvement : Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product performance and customer satisfaction.

Collaboration Framework : Establish best practices governance frameworks and standardization across portfolio elements to drive efficiency and scalability.

You have demonstrable experience in portfolio management product management or a similar role .

You have excellent strategic thinking analytical and problemsolving skills .

You are characterised by excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels.

You can manage multiple projects and priorities in a fastpaced environment .

You have the ability to achieve your own goals while understanding and respecting the legitimate interests of others .

You have experience in the einvoicing or financial technology industry.

You have a strong understanding of einvoicing processes regulations and market trends .

You are proficient in project management tools and software .

You have experience with the SAP universe .
