Your mission

As a (Junior) Customer Support Manager you will be part of our Customer Support team and take care of our German apps ensuring a smooth and satisfying user experience.

Your tasks will include :

  • Serve as the first point of contact for our users representing our brand with clarity and empathy
  • Handle all user communication exclusively via web forms ensuring fast and accurate responses
  • Monitor and enforce compliance with internal guidelines to maintain a high-quality community environment
  • Collaborate closely with other departments to optimize workflows and improve processes
  • Track your own performance manage your workload and prioritize tasks effectively to meet internal goals and quality standards

Your profile

  • You bring first experience in customer support or youve shown strong interpersonal skills and situational awareness in previous roles
  • Native-level of German with excellent written communication; fluency in English is required
  • Youre interested in technical support environments and context of mobile games
  • Familiarity with helpdesk tools such as Zendesk (or similar) is a plus
  • You have a proactive solution-oriented mindset and a strong ability to prioritize tasks manage complex workflows and drive them to completion
  • Youre passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences
