Your mission
As a (Junior) Customer Support Manager you will be part of our Customer Support team and take care of our German apps ensuring a smooth and satisfying user experience.
Your tasks will include :
- Serve as the first point of contact for our users representing our brand with clarity and empathy
- Handle all user communication exclusively via web forms ensuring fast and accurate responses
- Monitor and enforce compliance with internal guidelines to maintain a high-quality community environment
- Collaborate closely with other departments to optimize workflows and improve processes
- Track your own performance manage your workload and prioritize tasks effectively to meet internal goals and quality standards
Your profile
You bring first experience in customer support or youve shown strong interpersonal skills and situational awareness in previous rolesNative-level of German with excellent written communication; fluency in English is requiredYoure interested in technical support environments and context of mobile gamesFamiliarity with helpdesk tools such as Zendesk (or similar) is a plusYou have a proactive solution-oriented mindset and a strong ability to prioritize tasks manage complex workflows and drive them to completionYoure passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiencesWhy us
