Our client is a leading Private Equity Real Estate firm based in Berlin with a strong track record of successful investments across Europe. As part of their continued growth, they are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Investment Analyst to join their dynamic team in Berlin.
Key Responsibilities :
- Support the investment team in the sourcing, evaluation, and execution of real estate investment opportunities
- Conduct financial analysis and in-depth cash flow modelling (DCF, IRR, sensitivity analysis, etc.)
- Prepare investment memos and presentations for internal committees and external stakeholders
- Perform market research and due diligence across relevant asset classes and geographies
- Monitor and report on the performance of existing investments
