Technischen Schichtleiter (m / w / d) Produktion

Ihre Hauptaufgaben :

Personalfhrung : Verantwortung fr Ihr Schichtteam innerhalb einer Produktionsschicht unter Einhaltung aller Vorgaben vor allem im Arbeits Brand und Umweltschutz.

Koordination und Kommunikation : Enger Kontakt zu vor und nachgelagerten Produktionsbereichen sowie zu Schnittstellen um einen reibungslosen Ablauf zu garantieren.

Organisation und berwachung : Schichtplanung Produktionsprozesse Ordnung sowie Sauberkeit und Instandhaltung.

Mitarbeiterschulung : Regelmige Durchfhrung von Erst und Folgeeinweisungen des Fertigungspersonal.

Verantwortung fr Schichtziele : Erreichung der Schichtziele in Bezug auf Qualitt und Quantitt.

Ihr Profil :

Abgeschlossene Berufserfahrung im gewerblichtechnischen Bereich

Einschlgige Berufserfahrung in der Batterieproduktion erwnscht

Teamgeist Motivation Sicherheits und Gesundheitsbewusstsein

Einsatzbereitschaft fr Mitarbeit im Schichtbetrieb (Frh Spt Nachtschicht)

Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
