Right now, we’re looking for a new colleague to join our Key Account Management Team in the position of Key Account Manager (m / w / d) .
Main Responsibilities :
- Creation of volume, sales, and profit budgets
- Further development of existing customer business
- Improving the profitability of the services offered
- Driving customer projects
- Managing quotes and contracts
- Chair / management of QBR's and ABR's
- Creation and implementation of the development strategy for the relevant customer portfolio
- Identification and implementation of savings potentials for the customer(s)
What we are looking for :
Bachelor / Master of Business Administration, preferably LogisticsAt least 5 years of experience in logistics, preferably in international trade logistics in a similar roleOrder management experienceFluency in German and English is a mustHigh customer orientation paired with strong business acumenExcellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbalStrong time management, organizational and planning skillsIntermediate or higher knowledge of Excel and competent PowerPoint skills.We offer you :
