Supplier Quality Commodity Leader (m / f / d) Electronics

These challenges await you

Technical leadership of the PG SQA engineers within the assigned commodity / segment and management of escalations

Participation in the regional supplier QRQCs electronics EU

Carrying out supplier selection for projects in cooperation with Purchasing

Responsible for the conformity of the components during the entire life cycle

Validation of VRFs according to group standards with the purchasing network

Use of SRM PQA module / Target PLM for all project components

Compliance with SQM (Supplier Quality Manual) and validation of AQP.pp results according to Valeo PPAP standard (electronics specific)

Follow-up and compliance of projects / complaints with regard to project schedule

Validation and proposal for completion of CSL1 and CSL2 (Contain-Shipment-Level)

Technical expertise on P2 / 3 projects for new technologies / processes / 2nd sources

Support of the various CDV sites with regard to electronics topics

Conducting audits at the supplier

Support during the EVAL process of Group SQA in preparation and execution of audits at new suppliers

Creation of new standards in electronics SQA

Responsible for the key indicators in his region

Responsible for the PG standard control plan and support in the development of cost optimization measures within the assigned commodity / segments

You inspire us with :

Completed technical studies in the field of electrical engineering or comparable qualification

Several years of experience in supplier management in the automotive sector as well as tools such as PDCA, 8D, FMEA, FTA, etc.

Experience with managing teams at different locations

Expertise in electronic components (active, passive, laser, PCBA, etc.)

Expertise in the manufacturing process of semiconductors (waferfab / assembly / testing) as well as failure analysis methods (micrographs, FIB, SEM, EMMI) preferred

Auditor training according to VDA 6.3 or comparable advantageous

Willingness to travel to suppliers worldwide (approx. 20%)

Business fluent in English

Ability to work in a team, assertiveness, independent working style and ability to work under pressure
