We are looking for a freelance

Interim Works Manager (m / f / d)

to support the Oranje Wind Offshore Wind Farm project.

Your tasks :

As Interim Works Manager (m / f / d) you will be responsible for the planning coordination supervision and execution of all maintenance repair and commissioning activities on the offshore foundations for the Oranje Wind project.

Key responsibilities include :

• Campaign planning and execution of Interim Works starting approx. October 2026
• Leadership of the offshore team including a team of 36 technicians the Interim Works SOV and additional subcontractors
• Personnel scheduling and daily coordination of offshore operations
• Onsite supervision ensuring safe compliant and highquality execution of all foundationrelated activities
• Documentation oversight ensuring preparation and review of project documentation in cooperation with subcontractors
• Close collaboration with internal project teams and external contractors
• Ensuring the timely and safe delivery of all interim tasks through to handover

Your profile :

Several years of experience in the offshore wind sector ideally in roles such as Works Manager Offshore Site Manager or similar

Strong technical background in offshore foundations / Balance of Plant (BoP) activities

Proven experience coordinating SOVbased campaigns and managing offshore teams

Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage interdisciplinary and international teams

Solid understanding of HSE project execution and quality assurance processes

Fluent in English (spoken and written); German or Dutch language skills are a plus

Willingness and ability to work offshore on a 14day rotation

Preparation Phase : Hamburg (Germany) or Utrecht (Netherlands) Office & Sitebased

Execution Phase : Offshore via SOV (Service Operation Vessel) base port : Den Helder (Netherlands)

Dates :

Start Date : Q1 / 2026

End Date : Q3 / 2027 with possible extension until COD (12 / 2027)

Engagement Type : Freelance / Contract Interim Role

Rotation : 14 days on / 14 days off
