Who will you be joining?

Global Sustainability is a team in Allianz SE (the holding company of Allianz group) which provides thought leadership and steering for ESG-related topics and drives business integration of sustainability across Allianz lines of business and operating entities.

Within Global Sustainability, the team "social regulation and business" develops business propositions and public-private partnerships for social impact together with relevant Allianz entities

• leads strategic work on climate adaptation
• leads on global implementation of human rights due diligence, especially in own operations and supply chain
• advises relevant functions on all social regulatory topics, including those related to CSRD and CSDDD implementation
• looks after other sustainability ratings and NGO dialogues

Minimum Qualifications

Certificate of enrolment (exception gap year)

Valid Work and residence permit (for non-EU citizens). Please check before applying if you can work with your current VISA
