The position holds full accountability for sales performance, team leadership, strategic partnerships, and customer satisfaction in the health and nutrition markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, develop, and manage the sales team across regions and key accounts.
- Define and implement the sales strategy across B2B channels in the health, nutrition, and functional ingredients space.
- Establish and nurture high-level relationships with customers in the food and nutrition, dietary supplement, and functional food sectors.
- Work closely with marketing, product management, and R&D to align commercial strategy with pipeline and market needs.
- Monitor sales performance, forecasts, KPIs, and margins; drive accountability and growth targets.
- Represent the company at trade fairs, customer meetings, and strategic partner engagements.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to inform long-term commercial planning and investment.
Requirements
10+ years of commercial leadership experience in>Proven track record in driving international sales growth and managing diverse teams.Strong understanding of B2B ingredient markets and regulatory frameworks.Fluent in English; German proficiency highly desirable.Strategic thinker with operational execution skills and strong people leadership.
