We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager with a strong focus on performance marketing and content creation . You’ll play a key role in driving business growth through marketing campaigns, data-driven optimization, and high-impact content. You must be both analytical and creative, capable of turning insights into effective campaigns while collaborating across teams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop compelling content for offline and online campaigns, including landing pages, social ads, and B2B presentations.
- Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn, Website, Email Marketing).
- Own lead generation strategies, marketing funnels, conversion tracking, and performance analysis.
- Manage marketing projects and coordinate with internal / external stakeholders.
- Ensure brand consistency across digital and print touchpoints.
Requirements :
Well-organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.3–5 years of relevant professional experience in marketing or a related field.Ability to develop clear, engaging B2B content and messaging.Demonstrated success with paid campaigns (search, social, display), lead generation, and funnel optimization.Strong analytical mindset with experience in marketing analytics and tracking tools.Excellent written and spoken English; German or other languages are a plus.Bachelor's degree required (Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field).Preferred Qualifications :
