For our HR Team in Munich we are looking for a

HR Generalist (m / f / x)- German Speaking

Responsibilities :

• Preparing and organizing documents to facilitate the payroll process.
• Maintaining and updating company records.
• Communicating with the external payroll company to gather necessary information.
• Responding to employee inquiries and providing information about the payroll process.
• Thoroughly checking the output files received during payroll processing to ensure accurate payroll data.
• Support HRBP's with employee leave management, employee certifications, front line HR support etc. to ensure operational excellence.
• Independently manage onboarding and offboarding processes inclusive of contract creation, and continuous maintenance of employee records and HRIS data.
• Support the global COE departments to build strong process pipelines to best support the HR business partners.
• Provide support as a competent HR Generalist, with the drive to ensure consistent HR service delivery across multiple regions or business units under the guidance of NIO’s core value system.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process efficiencies.
• Identifying any errors and implementing necessary corrections.
• Monitoring and tracking adherence to deadlines.
• Preparing reports on events and data for the team and management.
