Your first weeks at Growably

You graduated top of your class, thrive under pressure, and “bootstrapping” doesn’t make you think of shoes? Then keep reading – because this role might be the fastest track into the heart of Europe’s SaaS scene.

As a Founders Associate at Growably, you’ll work directly with the founders to help Europe’s fastest-growing SaaS companies sharpen their positioning, structure high-converting websites, and bring clarity to complex projects.

One day, you're shaping messaging with a CMO. The next, you're structuring agency operations or helping a high-stakes web project over the finish line. You’ll work across strategy, content, and delivery – and grow faster than in any junior role you’ve seen before.

Your daily Business

Help define website funnels, page structures, and content strategies that convert - tailored to the business goals of fast-scaling SaaS and tech companies
Lead strategic conversations with C-level leaders across Europe to sharpen their positioning and messaging
Collaborate directly with the founders to refine and evolve our internal website strategy process - from workshops to frameworks to documentation
Support the project team by tracking timelines, deliverables, and workflows — ensuring projects stay on time and aligned
Take ownership of client follow-ups, internal team coordination, and creative briefings - always with clarity and drive
Tackle a variety of high-impact tasks across strategy, operations, and delivery — no two days look the same, and that’s what makes it exciting

What you bring

You bring a high-performing mindset – whether you studied at a top-tier university or proved yourself elsewhere.

You learn fast, think strategically, and love working at the intersection of tech, marketing, and business strategy.

You have a deep interest in the B2B SaaS space — and want to understand how great software products grow.

You’ve done internships or worked in fast-paced environments like startups, consultancies, VCs, or agencies.

You have prior experience in marketing – either through your studies or previous roles – and know how to position ideas, products, or services.

You’re confident communicating with senior stakeholders, structuring complex ideas, and getting to the point.

Your friends describe you as “young and hungry” – and you want to work with a team that’s just as driven.

Fluent in English & German.
