Voith Hydro is a global leader in sustainable hydropower solutions. As part of our HSE team, you will help ensure safety and environmental compliance across complex international projects.

Your Tasks

• Act as the designated Occupational Safety Specialist (SiFa) under German law (ASiG, DGUV V2).
• Lead and support HSE initiatives across all project phases – from design to execution.
• Serve as the main contact for client HSE representatives and internal stakeholders.
• Conduct risk assessments, audits, and training sessions on-site (travel up to %).
• Ensure compliance with German, EU, and international regulations (e.g. WHG, TRGS , REACH, COSHH).
• Maintain accurate documentation (SDS, hazardous substance registers, risk assessments).
• Promote a strong safety culture through inductions, toolbox talks, and awareness campaigns.
• Support incident investigations and follow-up on corrective actions.
