A leading SAP-focused Consultancy is expanding its SuccessFactors practice in Germany and is looking for experienced SuccessFactors Consultants at mid to senior level. This is an excellent opportunity to work on major HR system transformation projects with well-known clients — all while enjoying flexible, predominantly remote working.
Key Responsibilities :
- Advise clients on the design and implementation of SuccessFactors
- Deliver end-to-end implementations across various modules, including Employee Central, Time Management, Payroll, Compensation, Onboarding and more
- Lead client workshops and training sessions and support change management activities
- Support all project phases from scoping and design through to go-live and post-go-live support
What We’re Looking For :
Strong hands-on SuccessFactors implementation experienceBroad module expertise preferred (rather than single-module focus)Strong consulting skills, including stakeholder management and solution designExcellent communication skills in German (B2+) and EnglishWhat’s on Offer :
