Key Responsibilities :

  • Plan, organize, and execute both online and offline events that align with BYD's brand and business objectives. Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of events.
  • Manage all aspects of event logistics including venues, permits, suppliers, and third-party vendors. Establish and maintain strong relationships with event partners, agencies, and collaborators.
  • Develop event budgets, control costs, and ensure efficient resource allocation. Track expenditures and provide timely budget reports.
  • Analyze event performance using key metrics and gather post-event feedback to continuously improve event strategies and execution.

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in event planning and coordination, preferably in an international or automotive environment.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in English and German.
