The ICS Project Manager leads project team to develop and release mixed-signal products within time, budget, and datasheet compliance to deliver an important contribution to the success of our business.
Responsibilities :
- Planning and coordination of projects from definition to transfer to production
- Manage cross-functional project teams
- Inspiring, encouraging and driving the team members and ensuring a high level of motivation and commitment
- Project tracking regarding time, datasheet compliance, cost, and resources
- Regular reporting project status and gate passing to the management
- Stakeholder management
- Budget management
- Risk management
- Support the continuous improvement of the ICS development process
