Our client is a leading company in the industry sector,

He is looking for a HR Data Analyst for a fixed-term contract (1 year)

Reporting to the Head of Central Performance team, the role involves Fixed Costs expertise, performance reporting, and business partnering across regions.

• Fixed Costs Expertise : Manage and steer fixed costs in line with our procedures and methodologies, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Monthly Performance Reporting : Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports on fixed costs, FTEs, and productivity for the company utilizing advanced knowledge of finance / HR systems (FAST, BPM, OneHRIS). This includes data extraction, data quality control, and presenting key insights.
• Managerial Analysis : Provide qualitative analysis to support and influence management decisions.
• HR Productivity & TCOE Studies : Contribute to HR productivity improvements and Total Cost of Employment (TCOE) studies.
• Cluster & Segment Partnership : Collaborate closely with the Head of Performance Steering in clusters (8) and HR teams, consolidating and challenging bottom-up data from various regions. Assist in preparing dashboards (BAR, FE MC, etc.) to drive performance insights.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in financial analysis and performance reporting.

Advanced proficiency in Excel and office tools, with experience using BI reporting tools (FAST, BPM Cube, ACE BI) .

Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is essential.

Strong finance controlling skills with the ability to analyze and synthesize complex data sets.

Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a knack for challenging assumptions and driving improvements.

High attention to detail and rigorous in data manipulation, especially under tight deadlines (e.g., during closing or BAR periods).

Strong team player with a collaborative and open-minded approach.
