We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen team in our Precise Schwielowsee Resort. The Head Chef will be responsible for managing the entire kitchen operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality dishes, maintaining health and safety standards, and creating new menu items to enhance our guests' dining experience.

Requirements :

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar senior role, preferably in a hotel or fine dining establishment.
• Culinary degree or relevant certification from a recognized institution.
• Strong knowledge of various cuisines, kitchen equipment, and cooking techniques.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and meet deadlines.
• Strong understanding of food safety regulations, kitchen hygiene, and HACCP.
• Fluent German and professional English
