MEP Project Manager

One of our clients' are looking for an experienced MEP Project Manager to oversee all the MEP aspects of their most critical data center projects across Germany.

Our client are a consultant who consistently win projects from of the most prestigious clients in the data center space. Presently their focus is on the DACH region, however their reach extends across Europe.

Responsibilities :

• Execute, plan and deliver the key MEP systems for DC projects, overseeing quality and performance testing
• Maintain and develop detailed MEP project schedules, budgets & resource allocation
• Ensure MEP system are compliant with the industry standouts, safety regulations & building codes
• Review in detail the technical submissions, as well the key MEP performance metrics, evaluating these consistently
• Evaluate commissioning & produce regular reports regarding the status
