We are currently seeking a Sales Director Europe to lead our Key Account and Strategic Sales initiatives and drive the next chapter of our commercial growth. This is a unique opportunity for a dynamic, results-driven leader with strong international B2B experience and a passion for delivering customer-centric solutions in a digital-first environment. In this role, you will also serve as a crucial link between our local markets and central commercial strategy.
Role Accountabilities :
Sales Leadership
- Lead and grow pan-European key accounts and strategic partnerships
- Define and execute scalable cross-border account strategies for Fleet, Leasing, OEM, Dealer, and Rental customers
- Act as senior point of contact and trusted advisor for EU clients, driving engagement and retention
Team & Performance Management
Build, lead and empower a high-performing European Sales organizationDrive alignment between local and EU sales teams and foster a culture of ownership and excellenceUse KPIs and Salesforce dashboards to track and optimize pipeline and performanceSales Execution & Operational Excellence
Standardize and scale sales execution processes across all marketsLead strategic account reviews and pipeline forecasting sessionsPromote cross-border synergies and embed operational best practicesStrategic Collaboration
Work closely with Commercial Excellence, Marketing, Product, and Operations to deliver integrated customer valueRepresent Sales in cross-functional steering committees and governance forumsEngage country sales leaders to ensure aligned commercial executionMarket Strategy & Intelligence
Monitor trends and competitor movements to refine strategyCo-shape Go-to-Market (GTM) and pricing strategies based on market insightsRepresent BCA at key industry events and with strategic customersKnowledge and Experience :
10+ years of senior-level B2B sales leadership, ideally in the automotive or remarketing industryProven track record in managing pan-European customers and complex matrix environmentsStrong commercial acumen, influencing skills, and operational rigorExperience in leading high-performing sales teams and building scalable processesExcellent communication skills in English (German)Comfortable with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and data-driven decision-makingWillingness to travel frequently across EuropeKey Competencies :
