Team Lead Procurement

Your Job

We are looking for a Team Lead Procurement to join our Molex team.

What You Will Do

• Professional and disciplinary management of the purchasing team and promotion of team members through coaching, clear role allocation and regular feedback
• Further development of efficient, transparent and sustainable procurement processes, including analysing analysing existing processes and implementing sustainable improvements
• Close collaboration with neighbouring departments to ensure economical, punctual and and warehouse-optimised material supply
• Promoting our supplier management with a focus on focus on partnership, reliability and competitive competitive conditions in co-operation with quality management
• Supporting the purchasing team with the introduction of a new ERP system
• Taking on operational and strategic purchasing purchasing tasks in day-to-day business
