About You | The Role

We are looking for a Quality Intern to join our Quality Department based in Luxembourg for a 6-month internship. This is a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in administration and document management within the medical and cosmetic quality sector.

Your main role will be to support the administrative activities of the Quality Department, ensuring the organisation and management of quality documents and procedures under the supervision of our Quality Manager.

Your Main Responsibilities

Administration and Document Management

  • Assist with the organisation and management of quality documents, ensuring they are updated, monitored, and archived.
  • Update databases and track quality documents (procedures, instructions, records).
  • Provide administrative support for internal quality-related requests.
  • Help manage document versions and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Process Monitoring and Regulatory Compliance

  • Support the preparation and updating of quality procedures and regulatory documents.
  • Assist in monitoring quality actions in line with regulatory and industry standards.

    • Operational Support for the Quality Department

  • Prepare and organise quality meetings, including document preparation and minute-taking.
  • Provide administrative support to other departments, particularly for document availability and updates.

    • Communication and Quality Awareness

  • Help create training and informational materials on best quality practices.
  • Assist in the dissemination and implementation of quality procedures across relevant teams.

    • Desired Profile

  • Current student or graduate in Quality, Life Sciences, Cosmetics, Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail in document management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English (mandatory).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
  • Ability to work independently, following established procedures and meeting deadlines.
  • Previous administrative experience is a plus.
