We are looking for an IT Support professional to join our team and support our daily IT activities based in our Headquarters in Steinsel. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of PC systems and IT networks, expertise in operating systems (Windows), and a general understanding of infrastructure components such as switches, firewalls, and servers. Experience in Microsoft 365 is mandatory.

Responsibilities :

  • Responding to customer inquiries and providing technical assistance via phone, email and on-site.
  • Configuration and setting up of end user systems, including devices, accounts and software.
  • Escalating complex issues to our internal Systems Engineer team when necessary.

Requirements :

  • In-depth knowledge of PC systems and IT networks
  • Expertise in operating systems (Windows)
  • General understanding of infrastructure components (switches, firewalls, servers, etc.)
  • Experience in M365 is mandatory
  • Rigorous approach and high capacity to adapt to changing circumstances
  • Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively
  • Knowledge of English. German and / or French is an advantage
