Key responsibilities

As a Manager, you’ll be a key player in shaping our services, mentoring junior colleagues, and growing into a leadership role by completing the following tasks :

• Set up and s upervise corporate operations for international clients
• Support M&A or real estate transactions and post-closing integration
• Be the key contact for investors and their advisors (legal, tax, auditors etc.)
• Draft, review, and execution of corporate files
• Monitor accounting, tax, banking and audit related matters
• Ensure client satisfaction and tax / legal compliance
