As a Technical Artist for Digital Materials, you enhance and scale our digital material creation workflows through innovation, technical expertise, and close collaboration with internal teams and external suppliers. The role blends execution with workflow development and consulting — ensuring quality, efficiency, and futureready digital creation processes.

What you can expect:

• Explore and integrate AI driven, procedural, and automation technologies to accelerate material digitization.
• Develop scalable workflows and tools that improve consistency, efficiency, and visual quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align innovations with operational needs.
• Lead and manage smaller innovation or workflow projects independently, ensuring alignment with cross-functional teams.
• Guide internal stakeholders and suppliers on best practices, standards, and digital creation methods.
• Provide training, technical support, and quality feedback to elevate supplier capabilities.
• Ensure consistent output quality across the supply chain through structured frameworks.
• Create high quality digital materials (fabrics & trims), especially during peak seasons.
• Support digital design, product development, and eCommerce with reliable, standardized material outputs.
• Work closely with the 3D Material Library team to evolve processes and maintain quality benchmarks.

Your profile:

• Degree in Digital Design, 3D Visualization, Material Science, or related fields.
• 3–5 years of experience in digital material creation using tools such as Substance, Clo3D, Blender.
• Solid understanding of PBR workflows, procedural techniques, and emerging AI based methods.
• Knowledge of material physics, scanning, or advanced material standards.
• Strong capability to optimize processes and translate innovation into scalable solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in fashion, luxury, or design industries.
• Background in vendor training or technical consulting.
