WHAT YOULL BE DOING
- Help customers integrate our software into their workflow and team unlocking competitive advantage.
- Provide technical software support for race events (communication with teams timekeepers series promoters).
- R esearch and calculate strategic race parameters (pitstop loss expected laptime).
- Merge customer feedback and channel insights into development and help shape future product features.
- Participate in the design and testing of new software features.
- Deliver actionable feedback and contribute to product evolution.
- Optimize processes to guarantee best-in-class customer support.
- Leverage AI tools to maximize workflow efficiency.
- Build and maintain a comprehensive Knowledge Base for all PACETEQ products.
