Deploy, coordinate, and leverage our outstandingLeica team of Advanced Workflow Specialists, Product SalesSpecialists, Inside Sales Specialists, Marketing colleagues, andeven our Channel Partners to ensure our customers are talking tothe right people at the right times Manage opportunities and salesfunnel proactively and constantly in order to produce accurateforecasts for the purpose of business planning Degree in lifesciences (biology, physics, etc.) or another natural science, orcomparable professional experience Strong and proven sales trackrecord in a relevant industry (medical devices, life sciences) withprevious exposure to microscopy strongly preferred Firstexperiences in managing and / or leading cross-functional teamseither via direct line management or matrix setup, or excited totake that career step Hands-on, operational sales capabilities witha strategic and structured mindset, allowing you to define mid-termstrategy for a team and actively participate in executing it Fluentin German and English language skills Leica Microsystems, a Danaheroperating company, offers a broad array of comprehensive,competitive benefit programs that add value to our lives.
