JellyfishBerlin, GermanyReporting to our Managing Director in Northern Europe youll create impact within our Client Management Team. We take pride in our global client portfolio and our proprietary technology setting us apart in the industry.
Youll use your expertise to guide client success and foster lasting relationships with some of our biggest European clients.
Your primary responsibilities will include :
- Lead key client accounts being a trusted advisor and expanding our network within client organisations.
- Be responsible for the accurate media budget management (planning pacing and changes).
- Oversee the invoicing process.
- Deliver monthly and quarterly business reviews with clear insights and recommendations to the client.
- Coordinate our team of international Paid Media specialists promoting structured and organised workflows.
- Guide the current client portfolio supporting growth activities through documented Account Growth Plans and collaborate with department leads to pursue new opportunities.
- Monitor client health indicators such as Net Profit Contribution (NPC) and Net Promoter Score (NPS) taking proactive actions to improve these metrics.
