Areas of responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of all retail stores, ensuring adherence to company policies and standards.
• Implement operational best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure all stores maintain high standards of customer service, cleanliness, and merchandising.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement and professional growth.
• Manage the retail operations budget, including expenses, payroll, and capital investments.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement and professional growth. Analyze financial reports to identify areas for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
• Ensure stores meet or exceed sales targets and profitability goals.
• Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure timely and efficient product delivery.
• Implement and monitor inventory control procedures.
• Ensure all retail operations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Drive cost and time efficient Retail Projects (Roll-Out, Update and Upgrade) and deliver in Quality
