Our Business Development Representative (BDR) team is looking for a driven, goal oriented, and intrinsically motivated self-starter with a proven track record in high-performing remote sales environments to join us as a Junior BDR (Switzerland).

our Account Executives (AEs).

Requirements

  • Be the first point of contact for potential Swiss clients
  • Identify their need for an EOR solution and uncover key pain points
  • Spark interest in our platform and guide them toward a virtual walkthrough
  • Schedule demos for our Account Executives

What we are looking for :

  • Native, native-like or fluent Swiss German (Standard German alone is not sufficient) + fluent level of English
  • Experience in BDR / SDR roles : Minimum of 1 year in a Business Development Representative or Sales Development Representative position.
  • Remote work experience : At least 1 year of experience working effectively in a remote or distributed team setup.
  • Cold calling & outbound experience : Comfortable with making minimum 100 calls / day, minimum 1 year of proven success in outbound sales, including cold calling.
  • Target- and KPI-driven : Comfortable and experienced with working towards goals, quotas and performance metrics (meetings booked, quotas hit, calls made)
  • Self-starter mindset : Highly motivated and proactive; eager to try new approaches, learn quickly and communicate openly.
  • Time Zone : Based within + / -2 hours from CET zone
