Job description
As a Sales Development Representative for Planon (part of Schneider Electric) youll be a key driver of our growth in the DACH region. Youll collaborate with Sales Marketing and Product teams to identify new opportunities engage with decision-makers and help expand our market presence.
Your Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and qualify B2B leads through inbound and outbound activities;
- Initiate contact with potential customers via phone video or in-person meetings;
- Conduct high-level conversations to understand business needs and generate interest in our IWMS solutions;
- Collaborate with Sales Directors Account Executives and Marketing to transition qualified leads into opportunities;
- Maintain and optimize the sales pipeline ensuring consistent lead flow and conversion;
- Represent Planon at industry events trade shows and customer meetings;
- Use tools like Salesforce LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Outreach to manage outreach and track performance;
- Provide feedback from customer interactions to support marketing and product strategies;
- Participate in regular team meetings across the DACH region for alignment training and collaboration.
