We are looking for Account Manager Export EU (f / m / d) (full-time) Your Responsibilities : Proactively manage and support a portfolio of international customers, with a special focus on reactivating relationships with dormant customers across the EU. Issue accurate transport documents for shipping and customs clearance, while developing a working knowledge of customs clearance tasks to provide backup support during team absences. A background in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, or similar fields, or equivalent work experience. Strong customer-focused approach, with proven experience in customer service, account management, or sales. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. German and additional language skills are a plus. Interest in learning customs clearance procedures to provide backup support during team absences.
