My Client has left a positive impact in the Medical Device industry, particularly in wound care. They are continuing their international growth and looking to reinforce their sales and commercial team in Germany. They are looking for a Territory Business Manager to support their sales function in Hamburg.

The ideal candidate is a passionate, self-motivated, and detail-oriented team player committed to our customers' success. You will focus on growing and developing existing clients, as well as generating new business by identifying, implementing and executing new strategies.

Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for key opinion leader and key accounts development & management to win new business for the country
  • You will manage wholesalers, insurance companies, national or key regional (home) care organizations and other key stakeholders that are based within your region to build new business, and new cooperation and to negotiate, in line with the company guidelines, pricing & margins & ensure that orders are placed for the company to achieve its targets
  • You will establish constructive relationships with key opinion leaders and dedicated accounts having a large impact at the national or regional level

Qualifications

  • You hold a degree in biology, pharmacy, biomedical, economics or equivalent based on relevant experience
  • Experience within the wound care sector of the life sciences.
  • You have 2-5 years of experience in developing relationships with clients and KOLs within the pharma / medical sector
  • You have an in-depth knowledge of your territory, purchasing dynamics and tender procedures
  • A good written and oral level of English and German is a must.
