About the role
Working hybrid from our Munich officeyoull be the goto person for a portfolio of international clients. This role is highly clientfocused balancing technical requests ongoing tasks and strategic planning. Your day will involve managing clientdriven activities such as resolving technical issues conducting business reviews and presenting our product portfolio. Working as a Client Success Manager on larger accounts and hybrid KAM on smaller local accounts you will work closely with technical teams to address systemrelated needs while also handling contract renewals upsells and strategic planning to drive client growth. This position combines operational problemsolving with a commercial focus making it both dynamic and impactful.
You will for instance :
- Manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts ensuring smooth transitions to businessasusual (BAU) and timely resolution of client queries.
- Act as the main client contact providing reports updates and resolving issues efficiently in collaboration with internal teams.
- Build longterm client relationships conduct regular reviews drive upselling and growth opportunities.
- Handle complex client requests ensure progress tracking and maintain alignment with client needs and expectations.
- Maximize client satisfaction through feedback process improvements and tools like NPS while maintaining retention and contract renewals.
- Oversee client commercials ensuring accurate invoicing alignment with terms and driving individual performance goals and OKRs.

Strong organizational skills are a must as this role involves managing multiple accounts balancing technical and strategic tasks.
