We are looking for an Account-Based Marketing Operations Specialist to drive targeted marketing initiatives and enhance engagement with key accounts. In this role, you will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to develop and implement customized strategies. You will also manage marketing technology, optimize processes, and ensure flawless integration between platforms to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and rollout of targeted marketing programs designed for high-value accounts and strategic clusters
  • Join forces with sales and marketing teams to align efforts and achieve business objectives
  • Craft and implement personalized campaigns that drive engagement and revenue growth
  • Run and maintain marketing platforms and tools , ensuring flawless integration with CRM and automation systems
  • Analyze key performance metrics to optimize campaigns and improve customer insights
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity , supporting effective reporting and decision-making
  • Foster knowledge sharing and provide training and support to marketing and sales teams
  • Continuously refine marketing processes to refine processes and amplify success

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on account-based strategies
  • Strong background in campaign execution, data management, and marketing automation
  • Experience with platforms such as 6Sense, Marketo, and CRM tools
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
  • Proficient in German and English
