What you can expect

• You will be responsible for the technical and disciplinary management of 2 team managers and 1 senior expert (approx. 20 employees in total) in the Transactional Accounting service unit (accounts payable, production invoices and accounts receivable).
• You are responsible for the execution of payment transactions (SAP) and the operational support of the multi-cash tool.
• You will assume the interface function within and outside the Finance departments, with a focus on Supplier Management (accounts payable / settlement) and Sales (accounts receivable).
• You will also be responsible for establishing an operational and KPI-based control system and implementing new services and products in the accounting systems on the accounting side.
• You will be responsible for coordinating with auditors within your area of responsibility.
• The proactive identification and implementation of further opportunities to increase efficiency, automation and digitalization round off your area of responsibility.
