As a Finance Working Student youll play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth financial operations and supporting our logistics processes. Your responsibilities include accurately and efficiently handling financial transactions and records. Youll oversee financial performance throughout the fiscal cycle and proactively communicating with stakeholders regarding updates discrepancies or any challenges that may arise.
In addition to financial management youll also coordinate and work with logistics teams internal service providers and customers to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. This involves analyzing financial data preparing reports reviewing key financial processes and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Your responsibilities :
- Assist in daily financial operations including account reconciliation monitoring accounts receivable and accounts payables
- Active participation in financial reporting events (Actual Forecast Budget)
- Conduct financial analysis to support decisionmaking processes
- Active involvement in reviewing and reengineering existing processes and bringing them to the next level to enhance efficiency accuracy compliance and adequate documentation
- Collaborate with other department teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Design and analyze financial metrics within P&L Balance Sheet and Cash Flow statements providing insightful recommendations for continuous improvement
- Assist in the development and documentation of new financial procedures and policies
- Provide support during internal and external audits
