Beschreibung

HR Koordination und Support

Aufgaben

• Administrative Unterstützung in verschiedenen HR-Projekten
• Koordination und Verwaltung der betrieblichen Altersvorsorge und Unfallversicherung
• Kommunikation mit Behörden
• Arbeitnehmerüberlassung
• Erstellung von Statistiken / Auswertungen und Verwaltungsaufgaben
• Personalcontrolling und Nutzung aller internen Systeme
• Unterstützung bei On- und Offboarding sowie Personalveränderungen
• Vertrags- und Dokumentverwaltung
• Unterstützung im Zeiterfassungs- und Urlaubssystem
